Starting in Real-estate!
I have always had a passion for homes and helping people, so it just made sense. I have been doing projects for Modern realty the last couple year, and grown to become great friends with the owner Santino. He would always tell me, “David you need to get your license”. I put it off forever, it even got to the point that Santino started offering to pay for my license. I am a busy person and always have my hand in something so not much time to study, but when Covid happened and our state started to shut down I knew this is the time to start. I have completed my training, and am now a licensed real estate agent with Modern realty! Looking forward to the future.
